She is well versed with the 2020 Florida Building Code regarding Wind Pressure Requirements, Wind Zones, and Building Envelope Fenestration Requirements within the Climate Zones (U-Factor & SHGC). She is also well versed in the different glass types and very knowledgeable with many of the storefront NOAs and Florida Approvals.

Jeanette's attention to detail produces accurate and detailed drawings following the specifications outlined by the Architects, and within the limits and requirements of NOAs and Florida Approvals. She works fast and efficiently which provides quick turnarounds.
